Responsibility for violations of human rights in the Charter of the United Nations

Abstract
The article analyzes the scope of international responsibility generated by human rights violations. For that a revision as to what human rights are and mean and its evolution is made; a brief revision is made as well as to the legal bases of international responsibility of both States and no-State entities as well as of individuals, and at the same time a parallel reference is made to the key international jurisprudence on the issue. The main conclusion of the article is that human rights violations do not bind States only but also any entity associated with their violation.Downloads
