Socially and smartly advanced, managed organizations with a bioethics approach, take the responsibility to apply a techno-scientific knowledge integrated to ethics and moral value systems of people impacting strategic decisions in prosecution for a behavioral sustainability and warrant their existence. A knowledge management development begins with the adoption of the individual character which empowers it at the scholar stage. A cross educational process impacted by bioethics and precepts concepts would contribute to a new knowledge generation. This bioethics management approach pretends to warrant respect for several life expressions in the global system providing sustainability and ensure a man’s place at the biosphere. This management and cross-disciplinary process should be rational, fair and arranged by every player where human activities are being taking place. Interaction between people and socioeconomic paradigms result in complex social systems, but these would be managed from a holistic and systemic perspective whose aim would be better quality life in order to meet individual needs.
