Gerenciamento individual do equilíbrio entre o trabalho e a vida pessoal: revisão e integração da literatura
Resumo
Nos últimos anos, a sociedade e o mercado laboral têm sofrido importantes mudanças geradoras de conflitos entre a vida laboral e pessoal dos indivíduos, causando resultados negativos nos mesmos (insatisfação e estresse) e nas organizações (aumento de rotação e faltas). Atualmente a literatura não oferece conhecimento suficiente para orientar empregadores e empregados sobre as ações para evitar o conflito trabalho-vida. O objetivo deste trabalho é integrar a teoria sobre estratégias individuais para conseguir o equilíbrio trabalho-vida, identificando seus efeitos nos indivíduos e na organização que os emprega. Para isso, se revisaram publicações em revistas prestigiosas do campo do Management, entre 2000-2015. Conclui-se com uma discussão sobre as implicações para gerenciar os Recursos Humanos.Downloads
