Abstract

The intentionality of this discursive process is to call to the reflection on the direction and sense of the leadership and the authority like refering of the past, of the present and of the future, to face the convulsions of every historical moment, as variable managers for the change and of the development of the strategic thought as the bases to exert goverment, in try of a more viable world for the human being, in the process of satisfaction of necessities, constructing society with a creative an innovating mental disposition, supporting the integral development of the potentialities of man like to be individuals and part of a social group with dreams, aspirations, like manifestationes of their natural condition in order to think, to interrogate, to feel, to create and to innovate its surroundings.

The discursive development has been divided in four basic parts: Frame of reference, Basic concepts, practical considerations and final reflections.
