This implies, to take root in the University the rigorous production of "saberes", the institutionalized scientific production, where the role of investigation is high-priority here, in as much as the knowledge, production has become the main factor of development. due to every day is a great joint between knowledge, production and competitiveness, whose economic processes demand greater investigation.

The scientific reserch is recognized by its methodical rigor, the method is a systematic procedure destined to aquire new knowledge and different forms to understand and to explain the processes productive, of distribution, of capitalization, to establish that economic magnitudes must assume the character of parameters and as the one of variables. The investigated problematic by the economists is not immutable, the economic facts have a vriation tempo-space, so that algid problems of a time, can be irrelevant in another one, and those that are considered important in the developed countries can be ignored by the countries in via of development; but it is necessary to close the passage to "relativistas" expositions that confse the truth and legitimize the "bond all".
