Humanización de las relaciones interpersonales en las organizaciones
Abstract
Throughout history managers have dedicated themselves to running companies without seeing man as their key and relevant component, thus considering him merely a resource ignoring not only their humanity and complexity but also the fact of his being made of rational and emotional elements which make him unique. Man’s key motivation consists of his search for happiness, which can be found in the business environs whenever organizations are run by leaders conscious of the importance of human beings within their organizations. Despite this, the managers’ role has been centered on achieving the organizations’ goals rather than on supporting the workers’ personal development. It is now time to ponder on our role as leaders of human destiny within organizations and to prepare the future generations of managers to retake the importance of human beings within organizations.
