Lenguaje: generador de acción y entendimiento en la organización
Abstract
This article makes a theoretical approach and a reflection upon the relation between the spoken language and the actions derived from it thus indicating how non-shared meanings in conversations and non-spoken hidden expectations may affect the achievement of organizational aims. It also mentions some of the proposals made by various authors to align meanings in conversations, i.e. speaking in a structured way with the objective of achieving understanding among speakers.
